Simple question.

How do I add the additional menus line (with the Insert, View and all)?

CUI command: menubar pulldowns are found in the MENUS portion of the CUI, upper-left pane. You can drag and drop from the command list below it or create your own command in that list and add it.

TAP that HELP button on the CUI pop-up if you get stuck.

Or, just click the button at the right end of the quick access toolbar and select show menu bar

Ah! they just want to turn on MENUBAR command, not add or delete content to the menubar. Good catch.
