Lost CD

I have a 5-user license for AutoCAD LT 2005 currently installed on 5 machines. We have lost the CD and CD sleeve. I need a replacement CD to transfer 1 seat from an old computer to a new computer. How do I go about getting a replacement CD?

Contact any local authorized Autodesk dealer for what you can do, expect to
pay 'something' for a replacement.
