Log on Error CommCntrClient Sink

Open AutoCAD LT 2007
I get an Error message
''Fail to Create CommCntrClient Sink object''
I have to click ok then AutoCAD continues to open.
My object preferences will not work? What is missing?
I don't know why or how this started happening. I have reinstalled from CD with no change.
I need help on this.

You must do this first:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/item?siteID=123112&id=2887771&linkID=9240617

then:

I would unload all the Norton junk software first and any other
'systemworks' mess and anything else you have for software that claims
to fix your registry as part of it's useless existence on your PC.
These 'helpful' features are buried in purchased anti-virus, anti-spam
and anti-whatever-the-scare-today-is software packages, all junk.
