Purchased AutoCad Lt 2014, installed, registered and activated 1/31/14. Operating system is Windows 7 64 bit. Software worked fine until 2 weeks ago when I started getting the Unable to Load Profile message. After several days of this, did a repair, then re-isntall, then uninstall (removing the autodesk folder). Same results on all of these options. I then wiped the hard drive, did a fresh install of Windows 7, and Autocad 2014. I was able to open the program first time. The second time I opened Autocad 2014 LT I got the Unable to load Profile message. Please help. Projects are being held up due to software not working.
Hello, attached is a screen shot of the "Cannot load profile" message as requested. Please help solve this. We purchased Autocad LT 2014 in January because we have a lot of projects lined up for this year. Could my software on CD be corrupt?
