LT 2007 system license error 1.1.98

Somebody please help! I installed Autocad 2007 LT and it ran fine the first time. The second time I ran it, I got this: "system license error occurred. You must uninstall and reinstall product. (License Status 1.1.98)" Three uninstalls and re-installs later I am still getting the same error. Any suggestions?
