I purchased and downloaded LT in December 2011. Software has been working well on my Mac via Parallels (allows Microsoft products to work on Mac seamlessly). Today, opened software but am unable to open files, reload last saved files...nothing. Can't even select the pull down menu. Am considering unloading and reloading, but not sure how. Do not have a subscription. Please help. Have critical deadline with client this Friday!!
