LISP script

can autocad 2000 LT use lisp script? If so how can I import it from
autocad2000?
If not what other choice do I have to customize it?

LISP can be used in LT 2000 and LT 2000i using LT Toolkit from
www.drcauto.com

LT Toolkit also enables access to lots of "hidden" functions from full
AutoCAD like xref clip, etc.
