Have to RECOVER all files to open

Hello,

All our .dwg files are saved as Autocad2004, and our engineer would like to open them in AutoCAD LT2009. The files will not open without recovering them first. Do you know why this is happening or if there is anyway to fix this?

Proxy elements related to the Big Brother not being handled by LT perhaps?

I know there are some discussions here about handling proxy objects when moving from full to lite.

To better understand the problem: you start LT2009, Open command, select a
file and LT says it requires recovery?
