Have been using HCSS HeavyBid version 3.1e (estimating software) on
laptop running XP Professional and after AutoCAD LT 2002 was installed
HeavyBid will no longer start (Error message: Unable to load DLL
HLVDD.DLL). Have been unsuccessful in updating and replacing HLVDD.DLL
file, have removed LT 2002, reinstalled HeavyBid (x2) and HeavyBid tech
support have been consulted. Any suggestions???????
