Get back licenses

A bit ago during a major project we purchase 7 AutoCad LT 2009 10 Packs, mutli-volume serial - 10 installs. 

Since that time we fell into Ch11 Bankruptcy and now having recovered we are getting busy again. Problem is that most of those licenses were on machines that we taken by/turned into the bank and I just had time to format the drives before they were out the door. 

I have ran the Software audit program and I can see that I only have 11 of the 70 licenses in use and installed, but when I try to install I am basically getting told my licenses are in use for all serials. 

How do you deactivate licenses for machines that you no longer have or for that matter ones that crash???

Any help would be great!!!!!!

You need to contact a reseller in your area and work with them. I should think they would be willing to help a potential $50k client.
