So the plan does not open at all and you are attempting to Open it using Recover?

And I am assuming that the GC is sending you a DWG site plan?

No, I have to recover the drawing and when I try to recover it, it instantly crashes and gives me this report. God Bless

First thing to do is ask the sender to run AUDIT on the DWG and then send it to you again.
