F2 brings up a blank window?

When I press the F2 key I'm supposed to get a full text box view of what is
on the command line. But I only get a blank text window, I check the options
dialog box and the text editor is set to internal. Any Ideas?

Make sure your'e not using same color for
the text window text and text window background.

Tools -> Options -> Display Tab -> Colors...
