Error message

I received a base drawing from a client with their specific layering.
I tried to Filet two lines and will not let me fillet and giving me "ARX_ERROR: eNotThatKindOfClass" error message. The system will allow me to trim. I tried the lines to explode and the lines remain the same.
Any suggestion?
