I was on the C3D forum, talking about this problem (I did not realized that google lead me there)... C3D also has the same problem. It has something to do with the objects/points in C3d that become problematic and unstable. You can try to repair the ACAD Civil object enabler found in the add/remove/change programs in the control panel. Failing that uninstall the program. If you uninstall it, you will get a warning at the begining asking how to view the objects. I was having this problem on ACAD 2012 Lt. Vista 64 bit machine. if anyone us has any other solutions that might fix it with the Civil Object Enabler installed, please post. Hopes this helps. Post.
