Dim Help

Hello-

I'm not sure how to explain this but I'll give a shot.

I run 2007 LT with AutoSD.

I have to different ways to create a dim. One is called a single vertical or horizontal dim and the other is the linear dim.

The problem is that the entry for text is different between the two. The single vertical or horizontal text would would use a `8 to get a fraction of 1/2" Slightly stack without the fraction bar and no inch mark. this command makes a non-associative dim.

The linear dim command will have the same text style except it will look like 1/2"

Is there a way to make linear dim command look like the single dim command?

or

Is there a way to make the single dim command associative?

I have changed the entry of a linear dim in the text override using '8 to get the half inch looking the way I want.

thanks for any help

Post the image as an image file, do not bury it in a DOC file: Windows
Paint for example... .
