DXF file upload fail AutoCAD LT 2013

Hi,

I'm trying to open up some survey data that is in a dxf file. I used the same source and method many times before but this time, the data wont appear. Older dxf files appear fine.

Im suspecting a corrupted file but I have recreated it a few times from Fieldgenius. Also had a look at the raw data via notepad and could not see any problems apart from a question mark in one note.

File is attached.

Any suggestions are welcome.

First clue: 19k means you've got little to nothing worth to find in that DXF file. Way too small.

Second clue: AutoCAD here tells me the following error:
"Improper layer name RL132.277? on line 272.

Invalid or incomplete DXF input -- drawing discarded."

Second line is most telling I think. Try again, your creation software is the problem.

It was the addition of the question mark in the comment that caused the problem. got rid of it and all is well.
