Create a drawing title block

Hi

I'm working with a drawsheet title block which was created before I came to this business.

I need to add additional data to the title block.

The title block has been created as a block, I open the block in block editor to add detail like another issue level area in the title block.

How do I add in the data for the title block prompts without having to copy, paste and modify a previous line?

If I do add the extra detail in by copy, paste & modify the finished text does not display how I want it to and when I come to sync the block changes the new text shows as red rather than black.

Confused!

Are you just looking for a tutorial on how to add attributes? copy/paste is not the best way to do so.
