Compatibility Issues Between AutoCAD LT 2002 and PKZIP Suite 4.0

Hello,
I've been having a compatibility issure between AutoCAD LT 2002 and PKZIP Suite 4.0 by PKWARE. After we install the suite whenever we try to load a file through AutoCAD the whole system locks up and you must do a cold boot on the machine. I was wondering if there were any know issues like this and if so, if there is a way to fix it. Thank you.

Adam,

We are not aware of this. What happens if you install LT after PKZIP? It
could be that PKZIP Suite is replacing or altering a required file and
causing the conflict. What OS? Any other details?
