Can't get default button images back

While using CUI in LT2008, my "Explode" command button icon(stick of dynamite) is missing. I get the dreaded "question mark" cloud. How can I reload the button image and where do i find it?

Scroll down the commands list, it's gone from there?

Yes, it is gone from the list. All it shows next to "Explode" is a cloud with a question mark.

I noticed that if I highlight "Erase" in the Commands List box, and look at the Image information in the Properties box, the Small & Large image shows a file name of RCDATA_16_ERASE.

Highlighting "Explode" in the Commands List box, and looking at the Image information in the Properties box, the Small & Large image is showing a path to AutoCAD LT 2008\R13\enu\Support\Icons\Tools.BMP

Apparently I've overwritten the path to the original button image, but can't figure out how to point it to the original image of RCDATA_16_EXPLODE.

It's called RCDATA_16_EXPLOD here (note the missing E): can
you post a screen shot of the highlighted Explode command
the the view of your button image screen in CUI?

A reinstall of LT would cure it of course.

Dean, just for kicks, I highlighted the Explode command in the Commands List, then typed in "RCDATA_16_EXPLOD" next to "Small Images" under the Properties list, and the "Dynamite" icon appeared in the Button Image list. Clicked on the button image, then "Apply" and it worked!

I guess this will work only if you know the name of the button image you are trying to restore. Don't suppose there is a list of these images anywhere? I have another that is missing.

Never noticed a 'list' anywhere.

Todd,

The list is contained in the CUI file.
View this file but do NOT save or edit it.

Gary D'Arcy.
