Bug with registration-authorization wizard

I installed AutoCAD LT 2004 without a glitch (the only thing is that I installed it on another disk (g:\program files\....). When I start the program the authorization wizard starts. If I choose authorize the product, the program freezes. If I choose run the program everything is fine. I went on the autodesk site and was able to registrate the product and obtain the authorization code. Then I looked at the help within the program and it says we can authorize the product by clicking on the Help and About (see below the phrasing taken from the help topic):
---- begins
On the Help menu, click About.
In the About [Autodesk Product] window, click Product Information.
In the Product Information dialog box, click Authorize.
In the [Autodesk Product] Product Authorization window, select one of the following options, and then click Next.
Authorize the Product
Buy the Product
--------- ends

The problem is that there is no Authorize button within the Product Information dialog box and I cannot authorize the product.

What can I do to "authorize the product" (I do have the autorization code) before the 30 days deadline.

In your product box, you should have the option to contact Autodesk either
by Email or by Fax or by Phone: they should be in a position to help.

I tried before writing this message but I got a message that all technicians were on a meeting and to try one hour later. It's time again to phone. Thanks. Appreciate you took the time to answer.

What OS do you have? And what version of Internet Explorer? Try turning
off your antivirus program, and reinstalling LT (drive G: is OK).

The Product Information dialog can be slightly different in various versions
of LT 2004. Some versions don't have the Authorize button. You just need
to get the first Authorize dialog to work; both methods work exactly the
same way.

I got the latest version of Internet Explorer, I disabled autoprotect and script blocking in Norton Antivirus and proceeded to a reinstall of Autocad LT. I got the wizard to work and I am now autorized. Thanks for the advice, it worked and this closes this call.
