I have used a call out bubble and a reference tag from the design center for my drawing. When I go to the Layout view they do not show up in the drawing. What solutuion is there for this problem

Is the layer they are on On and Unfrozen in the Viewport?

Are you using these Annotatively in any way?

They were not locked or frozen but I did have to allow annotation visibility. Thank you for your help
