Blocks without floating properties

Just a nagging problem that wont go away. My office has about 5 years worth of blocks that were created incorrectly. Most of them were created with their own unique layers and colors. My problem is I dont want to redefine ALL of them. Most of our drawing have dozens of blocks. Basically I want to get all my blocks in a particular drawing to be on layer 0 and white/black. I know there is a way to do this with a LISP routine, but has anyone out there found a way to tackle this in LT.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Regards,
Matthew Corbin

I *think* you should be able to use ScriptPro to
run a script on multiple drawings.  You will need to download the AutoCAD
Migration Assistance at the link below.  This is meant for AutoCAD 2002,
not LT, but ScriptPro is a stand alone program.  Does anyone have any
reason to think that this wouldn't work?
