Blocks preview gone

I work as IT support. I have two users that utilize AutoCAD LT 2005 version N.63.0. In the past these two users have been able to have a window open that displayed their blocks as a picture representation of what the block was.

Now however, that same window only shows an icon and the block name. My users work with tons of blocks and would like to have the picture view of their blocks back.

I have searched through their settings but my knowledge of AutoCAD is limited as we only have two users in house that utilize it. Any help would be appreciated.

Additionally, the blocks are all stored on a network drive. Other files and folders that are stored on that same drive are unaffected by this problem and they do not appear to be impacting the folders where the blocks are stored.

Thanks

What are the two using in AutoCAD to do this?

It is part of the main page that they are working on. It is to the right of the drawing area and contains a tabbed section at the top. The tabs are Folders (where the blocks should be previewed), a tab called Open Drawings, History and a final tab called DC Online. I have attached a screenshot of this layout to this message.

Based on your posted graphic, the files with no previews where saved with no
previews to see. If you look at the second image in the list, it has a
preview saved and you can see it.

A preview is a raster image imbedded in the dwg file: no feature in AutoCAD
let's you see actual content.

but they also don't even have the preview window open in Design Center, see
your own graphic reposted here.

Explore BLOCKICON command, think it was in Lt2005 too.
