BSOD UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP immediately after installing AutoCad Lt 2012

I recieved a BSOD immediately after installing AutoCad Lt 2012 on a HP Elitebook 8440p.  This is a brand new laptop with Windows XP.  Clean install ..   UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

Any suggestions on how to stop the BSOD I'm getting radomly now?

Some advice to follow from Autodesk prior to re-installation:

Remove Autodesk Products:

Also, what is your XP install and Service Pack?
