Autocad LT resinstallation error

Running windows 7 unable to install utoacad 2012. unable to install. When trying to run program after installation it tries to run but does not load completely. Here is a screen shot of the error

Did you try to install as administrator?

Deleted downloaded files, and redownloaded program with success. 

 

How ever our serial key is showing correct but the product key is not working. We will call customer support again to try and resolve the issue.
