Autocad LT 2010 Crashes when opening File in Windows 7 Professional 64bit

I installed Autocad LT 2010 Yesturday.  Installed with no issues.  I used the program all day opening and closing files.  I was very excited that I had a nice clean install.

Today, I lauched Autocad LT and tried to open a file.  The program freezes with no errors.  Windows trys to find a solution but just sits there forever.  I tried opening a file using multiple ways with the same result.  One exception, if I double click on the program I want to open using windows explorer it opens. 

Same issue if I try to browse for a block. 

I installed the service packs 1 & 2 but still have the issue.

Searched the knowledge base but can't find any answers.

Using Norton AV? Well known for causing these issues.  There is a fix at Norton if this is yur case.
