Autocad LT 2008 and ATTOUT

HI!
My questions is that AutoCAD 2008 have ATTOUT command which can export the attribute information to txt-file. How can I do the same with AutoCAD LT 2008?

For example that I have our company form which includes name,drawing number etc.... And I want to export this information to txt-file and of course I want to import the txt-file to my form.

ATTEXT? Don't know about importing, though.
