Autocad LT 2007 on Windows8.1

Will Autocad LT 2007 (currently running on XP) work on Windows8.1?  Or do I need to buy Autocad LT 2015?

Visit Microsoft's website for tips on how to run old software in newer unsupported Windows versions, they work well for most users.

*** My standard answer ***

To run old 32bits AutoCAD software (for example versions 2000-2009) on a modern 64 bits PC with Win Seven x64 / Win Eight x64, they are 3 solutions :

1 - http://www.longbowsoftware.com/

2 - Run a VMWare with Win 2000+SP4 32 bits or Win XP Pro 32 bits

3 - Try to use the special "Win XP Mode" of Win Seven/Eight

Very often, they are some problems and it's very slow !

As far as I know, solutions 1 & 2 are OK ...
