AutoCAd LT 2014 Installation Error

I am trying to upgrade from Autocad LT 2010 to 2014 and during installation I get a DXsetup.exe error.  It states that the Framedyn.dll file was not found.

However, the Framedyn.dll file exists in the following directories with a date of 4/13/2008:

     C:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386

     C:windows\system32\wbem

I am installing this on a Windows XP Service Pack 3 PC with 20G of free hard disk space.

I have tried to use the AutoDesk Online help, but it has proved useless. 

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem or how I can talk to someone that could help me?
