AutoCAD LT docking "draw" panel

I have recently upgraded from LT 2008 where i had all of my drawing tools docked to the left of the screen.

How do I dock the "Draw" panel in LT2015? i can tear it off the "home" pallette and it floats but it will not dock

You don't: that one-off feature that started with 2008 also died with 2008.

But you can relocate the entire ribbon to either side of your screen instead of the top. Try it.
