AutoCAD LT 2013 do update not installing

I work I use AutoCAD LT 2013, and the icon announcing an update has been in the upper right hand side for a few days now.  Everytime that I click it,, a dialog comes out telling me something like Activex has to ba allowed, or somthing like that, and also there is a buttom asking me to "Allow", but I click the buttom and nothinhg is downloaded.  Can you advice where to disable or deal with this Activex or what is the reason for which I cannot download the update?

As a workaround, it might be easier just to download and install the new service pack directly from our website.
