AutoCAD LT 2012 will not open - FATAL ERROR

Since the beginning of this week when attempting to open AutoCAD LT 2012 I receive the following error message and am unable to open the program:

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at fda1cacdh

I've tried the program repair and the program reinstall with no change.  I installed Service Pack 1 but it had no effect.  I guess the next option is the Windows System Restore, but I'd rather not if it's not necessary.  I have Windows 7.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.

Try the Restore to a week or so ago. Can't hurt.

Suddenly not working can be a Registry Cleaner, Windows Update, or new program perhaps.

Welcome to the Autodesk Forums!

Up and Ready Support is where to begin; though being a two year old program that too may be problematic.

Where did you purchase the software from?

Your issue could be .NET or C++ installs on your system.

Can you post the error message?

.NET Cleanup Utility:
http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Installation-Licensing/NET-Framework-Cleanup-Tool-for-Unhandled-Except...

The above is a thorough approach. Uninstalling all instances of .NET and C++ and then reinstalling these may help.

A third option that may be the best place to start:

Autodesk Recommended Clean Install Procedure:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?linkID=9240817&id=2887771&siteID=123112

Uninstall the .NEt and C++ then perform a hard reboot.

Log in as an Administrator to your System and then install CAD and the needed .NET and C++.

Open and authorize CAD as an Administrator.
