AutoCAD LT 2011 very slow dwg with xrif into LAN

Hi, I have this problem: when I open the dwg files with xrif in LAN connection, not particular heavy (3/4 MB), I need 2/3 minutes for open it but with another computer are necessary 20 seconds.

I have PC Vista SP2, normal HD with this problem

another one with Seven 64-bit e SSD 120 MB/s, no problem

another one with XP and normal HD, no problem.

When I open the file into hard drive, no problem

How can I do?

Only gigabit LAN for all
