2008 Lt & 2007 Lt file compatibility

Do I need to save down files created in AutoCAD 2008 Lt to open properly in 2007 Lt?

2007-2008-2009 are the same dwg format, called DWG2007 if you look at SAVEAS
options among other locations.

New features added to 2008 will appear but will not work in 2007, my guess
is that's your next question.
