how to transfer AutoCad LT 2013 license on win XP to Win 7 64bit

I have 2 standalone copy of AutoCad LT 2013 which i need to transfer to Win 7 64bit. I didn't aware that there's the online transfer utility. And the desktop has been migrated to Win 7.

Is there a way i can transfer the license to Win 7 64bit?

Too late for the LTU my friend, that horse has left the barn and the barn apparently has already burnt down.

Get the 64bit download of your software which you should be able to find it at the Autodesk Customer Service Virtual Agent:
1. Go to http://www.autodesk.com
2. Click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page
3. Click on Customer Service
4. Click on Virtual Agent “Ask”
5. Once the Virtual Agent window opens: Select the choice "Download Links".
6. Select your product, then variant, then version as applicable.
7. You should now be presented with the choice to download your software.

8. Downlod and install on the new PCs, then Authorize like it was all new again.
