Xref tag autocad 2011LT

Hello!

I have a problem RTEXT does not work in 2011LT. I want to show a XREF tag (string) with the path of evry xref file. How do I do it in 2011LT?

RTEXT is an Express Tool Object.
LT does not have Express Tools, you cannot load them in LT, so all objects based on them basically die in LT and any seat of AutoCAD that does not have Express Tools loaded..

Consider using a FIELD instead: these are core AutoCAD objects and show up in LT and AutoCAD (and all the variants of AutoCAD).

Hello!

Field does not have support for showing xref paths, se attachment on how I
would like it to look.

Nothing attached.

If the tag is inside the XREF, don't you just need the FIELD called FILENAME with one of the the Path/Filename options?

Remember, if you need multiple fields together you can place them all inside an MTEXT too: start MTEXT command, be in the editor, right-click and select Insert Field... .

Hello.

Thanks, but it is not what I am looking for.

What I need is a text string that show the relative path of the xref in a
layoutmode (the finished drawing) or is it called the titleblock?

If RTEXT worked with LT there wouldn?t be any problem.

No I have attached a picture

A field showing the saved path of the xref wouldn't do?

edit: Lycka till 😉

You are not attaching any images, look at your posts here. Using my phone as well as two desktop browsers and I see nothing in your posts.
RTEXT code, if pure DIESEL, it can also be coded in a FIELD as a diesel code option.

RTRXT is dead in LT, move on or pony up another $3500 to get full AutoCAD.
