Unhandled Access Violation reading Exception Oxffffffff exception at 6ce39eh

Does anyone know the cause of this fatal error file. The only changes recently are upgraded to Office 2000 and added a Lexmark X 75 Printer / scanner.

When do you get it? Is 2002 fully patched? Windows version? -- Dean Saadallah Add-on products for LT http://www.pendean.com/lt --

Purchased late 2002 or early 2003.
Never patched
Windows version
I use this for my hobby and have not had any trouble before. It shuts down within a couple of minutes of starting up

http://support.autodesk.com select LT click on Data and Downloads link. If you are a hobbyist and casual user, there are better cheaper programs that are less complex. -- Dean Saadallah Add-on products for LT http://www.pendean.com/lt --
