Troubles with activating Autocad 2013

I am having troubles with exporting the license for Autocad 2013.

The error comes up when I try to run export licencse tool. I am asked to sign in, and don't even come to the point where I would enter my autodesk ID, it just says exporting failed.

It says this serial number is not valid.

Maybe it has something to do with that this was bought as Autocad 2012 LT, and then upgraded to 2013 LT.

Can somebody please check what is wrong, and tell me how to solve this.

Can you please send me via Private Message the serial number of the license you are trying to export (click on my camilo.lemos profile name and then on Send This User a Private Message)?
