Proprietary customized menus

Does anyone know of what general custom third party add-ons there are for
LT2002.
I have come accross LTexpress and the Pendean suite, which look very
usefull, but I would like to know if anyone can recommend anything else
before I think about buying anything.
Also I am in the building construction industry, so if anyone knows of
anything that may be of use in this area, again please let me know.
And whilst I'm here are ther any good sources of information for writing my
own menus.
