Profile problem

Hi There
I have a costumer that runs Autocad lt 2008 sp1 on xo pro service pack 2.
Often when he restarts his computer, autocad lt runs as if it was the first time....anyone had this problem before?

Limited user account in Windows? Giving the user local admin rights solves
the problem, or edit the limited account to fix any errors/give them
slightly more local access.
