Plotter Manager Hangs windows

I installed 2002 LT and got it working however if I try to go into plotter manager after clicking next at the first screen, the PC locks completely?!?! Theer is no response from the keyboatrd and the mouse stops moving the nly way to resolve it is munualy power cycling the box. I tried uninstalling and re-installing to make sure it wasn't a bad install and it does exactly the same thing. It's running on win2k, PIII 466MHz, 256MB SDRAMM, so I can't think it's a harware problem, any help that anyone could give would be more than appreciated.... thanks in anticipation.

Did you un-install AutoCAD by going through the long process noted in HELP,
manually deleting Autodesk shared folders and following up with Windows
Registry edits, then restarting your PC? If not, whatever the problem was
might still be there.
