Plot Preview

When I perform a plot preview, most of the objects are missing. The only thing showing on the preview is some random text. Defpoints and 0 layers are not an issue. I'll send the plot anyway and everything appears as it should. Do I need to change a variable, or check something? THANKS!

Plot Preview relies on your PLOT driver, your video card's
ability to refresh, and LT's ability to simulate your final
output.

Since the output seems to work fine, try updated video card
drivers (sometimes downgrading works for some), plus turn
down or off video card hardware acceleration in
Windows>Control Panel>Display.

Thanks Dean,

I'm in an office with 8 other seats. We all seem to have different videos cards but are all having the same problem. After leaving my post, I spent more time search others and found that others had this problem. The solution for them was to set there plot preview to white. I'm having trouble locating the option. Any ideas? Message was edited by: aco1968

Hi,

Can you explain further how to carry out this command i.e update video card and drivers, turn on/off hardware acceleration etc. i'm unfamiliar with these processes. I have similar problems with LT2005 and changed the colour etc. as in other posts but to no avail. Heres hoping your post will do the trick.

Also, if its of any use i saved the drawings back from LT2012 to 2005, maybe something in the conversion preventing it from plotting???

Thanks

Plotting to what?

using what driver to plot?

Windows version?

Can you print to this device from other applications?

If you have LT2012, why are you using LT2005? Can LT2012 plot to this device?
