Network Error 3 (HostNotFOndError) : Host docs-staging.autodesk.com not found

I am getting the error "Network Error 3 (HostNotFoundError) : Host docs-staging.autodesk.com not found" when using the  AutoCAD LT 2014 Help System, Windows 8.1. When I search the Help system some of the resulting entries produce this error when selected. (see capture.PNG attachment)

This happens with Online Help as well. I tried it on my Windows 7 Pro machine using the online help and it is doing the same thing. (See capture1.PNG attachment)

Does it do it if you skip the 'online' help? That way you avoid 'their' servers being down when you need to tap HELP in AutoCAD.

The setting is in OPTIONS command. Go local.

No. If I unselect the "Include AutoDesk web results" some of the entries still display the error. I noticed that the error shows up on entries dated 2013-10-21.

Dan.. did you ever find a solution? It would be nice to be able to use the help menu.
