Need Help With Picture

I am using AC LT 2008.

I am also using Corel Paint Shop Pro X3..

In PSP I modified a picture and so it is a 3" circle.

I then saved the picture as a jpg file.

There is to be a new baby in the family and I want to build a clock as a gift.

I have plans for the clock but not the dial face.

So I have used AC to create a dial face.

My original plan was to print the AC drawing on photo paper and glue it to a backboard,

The thought then came to me to place a photo of the parents on the clock dial.

Now the hard part,. How do I accomplish this?

The more detail in your answer thw better as I am a self taught AC user and need a great deal of

handholding.

You simply forgot how Windows' copy/paste works.
