Mouse not tracking in Lt 2012 running Paralells

I just install Paralells Desktop 6 to run AC Lt 2012 and the cursor is all herky jerky. It doesn't move smoothly as it should when I am in a file trying to draw. As soon as I click on another application, Windows or Mac, it works normally.
