Missing Blocks

I created a block in 2006 LT with wblock and saved it to a location on my harddrive but when I tried to insert it into a drawing it didn't appear.

I went to the folder in windows explorer and it was there.

Any clues?

Check that the geometry is not a very large distance away from 0,0. Open
the wblocked file and try zoom extents - is it there?
