Lineweight not printing correct width

Hi,

Im having trouble with a lineweight not correctly printing to its set mm size. Does the ctb over rule what is set in the drawing?

The line is using colour 252 which is grey & set to print that shade of grey (i usually use this for hatching) & lineweight is set to 0.8. My .ctb for 252 is set at 0.25. My line on screen looks correct in model & paper spaces with LWT turned on but if i do a print preview it is just 0.25.

Hope im missing something very easy here! its been puzzling me this morning.

Use one or the other, not both, make your mind up.
And make sure the correct boxes are checked on the PLOT pop-up.
