LTU Export failed

I want to move AutoCad LT 2012 to a new PC.

When starting the License Transfer Utility I can login but when clicking export I get the message below

A retry does not help.

Any ideas?

Best regards,

Sabine

The maximum number of exports for this serial number has been reached. You may not export more licenses than you have purchased.

Click the "Try Again" link to resubmit the request.

The message means you already exported that seat and never put it back.
Put it back first. Retrying is not the fix.

Dear,

I have retried the License Transfer utility but the only option I have is
to export.
As far as I know AutoCad LT has worked for over 8 months on this PC.

What else can I try?

Best regards

If you have complete control of the other PC (as in, no one else can use it if you are not using it), you can install and Authorize LT on the other machine just like you did on your first one.

I have installed it on the new machine, with the 30-day trial. I should now
move the license from the old to the new machine.
I do have complete control, however was trying the License Transfer Utility
as documented in the manual.

You can authorize the other PC the same way you authorized your current PC, no LTU required.
Or wait for someone else to jump in and help, I don't use the LTU because it can be unreliable.
