Reselect your workspace perhaps: or after you get back your screen menu manually, then save your current workspace with WSSAVE command.

I tried that, no avail...
I talk about when I start AutoCad there is nothing there, toolbars are gone..
I have a custom menu system I designed, it used to load whenever I started it up, now i have to go in and manually load it each time.

CUILOAD command, load your custom menu file, then save your active workspace: unless you have some customized startup shortcut that is sabotaging LT that is how it works.
