How to generate HPGL-2 files ?

I nedd to print to a laser monochrome wide format plotter (kip brand), so I need to generate an hpgl file.
On acad 14 I used a driver for HP 7600. I could generate a personal page of any dimention (ex. 118x34 inch). Print was fast and always ok.
If I try to use the 7600 driver on acad LT 2004 I'm limited to A0 (46x33 inch). No way to create a bigger sheet.
What driver shall I use to generate hpgl files of any dimention ?

HPGL or HPGL/2? Your heading says one, your post says another.

For HPGL, try the GENERIC LHPGL.
For HPGL/2, try the 750c, then edit the resulting PC3 file and create a
custom sheet size to get the length you want.
